I get a message that says "consider changing your password, password expires in 1 day". When I click on Crtl-Alt-Del to do so, it comes up as an account called "Safety" and I do not know what the old password is. This account does not appear on my panel of User Accounts. I access Windows through another account that is not password-protected but do not want to get locked out of Windows. This happened a few months ago due to a glitch in a Windows update that had to be fixed online by a support person.2 people need an answerI do too
